Manufacturing Process

Razor wire machine punches the steel strip into certain razor shape. Then, the punched steel strip will be attached to the core steel wire by pressing and reshaping. At the output end, the razor wire will be packed in either straight line or concertina spiral to fit the applications.

• (1) Hot dipped galvanized steel strip with zinc weight 60-80g/sqm

• (2) High Zinc Volume galvanized steel strip with zinc weight 200g/sqm to 260g/sqm

• (3) Stainless steel strip in 430, 201, 304 and 316

1. Crossed razor wire
