Based on surface treatment, BRC fence can be divided into the following three types:

· Hot-dip galvanized (505 g/m²).

· Electro-galvanizing (galvanizing amount: 8-12 g/m²), and PVC/PE coating (thickness: 0.8-1.2 mm)

· Electro-galvanizing (galvanized layer thickness: 8-12 g/m²), and polyester powder coating (thickness: 0.1 mm)

Fence Accessories:

Clips play a vital role in holding the grid and posts together securely. There are two main types of these clips:

Plastic Clips: These clips are designed to be UV-resistant, rustproofing, and corrosion-resistant to ensure a long service life. They are particularly suitable for outdoor areas with much exposure to nature.

All fittings and fixtures are galvanized in accordance with ASTM A. 123, A153 and BS 729 and conform to ASTM F626 – Standard Specification for Fence Fixtures.

Standard Installation: Posts buried 600–800 mm into the ground and set with concrete for stability.

Surface Mount Installation: Posts equipped with welded flanges fixed onto concrete surfaces using anchor bolts.
